Care Guide
Scope and Flow Care Guide
Preserving the beauty and longevity of your curated pieces.
1. 18K Gold Plated Jewelry
To maintain the radiant, high-shine finish of your Continent Cuff and Fulani Hoops:
- Keep it Dry: Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Apply Last: Put your jewelry on after applying perfumes, lotions, or hairspray to avoid chemical reactions.
- Storage: Store pieces in your Scope and Flow pouch to prevent scratching and oxidation.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid jewelry cleaners or harsh chemicals.
2. Velvet & Evening Wear
For the Bubblegum Pink Velvet Mini Dress and other sculpted evening pieces:
- Steam, Don't Iron: Never iron velvet, as it will crush the pile. Use a steamer on the reverse side to remove wrinkles.
- Storage: Hang on padded hangers to avoid shoulder dimples.
- Cleaning: Dry clean is recommended to preserve the fabric's luster. For small spots, gently dab with a damp cloth—do not rub.
3. Swim & Active Fabrics (Nylon/4-Way Stretch)
For your swimsuits and performance pieces:
- Rinse Immediately: Always rinse in fresh water after contact with chlorine or salt water.
- Hand Wash: Use a mild detergent in cool water.
- Dry Flat: Avoid the dryer. Lay flat in the shade to dry to maintain the elasticity and prevent fading.
4. Cotton & Natural Fibers
- Wash Cold: To prevent shrinkage and preserve color, wash in cold water with similar colors.
- Tumble Dry Low: Or air dry to keep the fibers strong and soft.
